PARTICIPATION RULES FOR THE GIVEAWAY
Monkey Banana is the organizer and responsible for the contest promotion on Instagram and is in the following referred to as "the operator".
To enter, comment on the giveaway post *Halloween Giveaway* tagging a friend and follow us on our channel monkey_banana_monitors. The promotion period is 28.10.2022 – 31.10.2022 at 11:59pm.
CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST
One MonkeyPop Pop Filter will be raffled off among all participants. The winner will be notified of the win via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days after the contest ends. The winner must report back to the operator within five (5) business days after notification of the prize and provide the address data for the shipment of the device, otherwise the claim to the prize will be lost and the operator has the right to determine a new winner.
The provided data of the participants will only be used for contacting the winner and for the administration of the prize. Questions, suggestions and complaints should therefore be addressed exclusively to the operator. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation or an attempt at technical manipulation, the operator may exclude certain participants from the promotion. In such a case, prizes may also be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided. In the event of incorrect allocation of the prizes due to incorrect data, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payment and legal recourse are excluded. The responsibility for any taxation of the prize lies with the winner him/herself. Should the operator not be able to provide the prize for unjustifiable reasons, the operator reserves the right to provide a replacement of equal value.
The prize will be shipped within the European Union. As soon as the prize has been transferred to the transport service provider, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss lies with the winner. Legal representatives, employees, dealers and partners of the operator as well as all persons involved in the creation and implementation of the promotion and the family members of all the aforementioned persons are excluded from participation in the promotion. Technical or other problems beyond the control of the Operator are not subject to the liability of the Operator. By participating in the contest, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The contest is not connected to Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The legal process is excluded.
Exclusively applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. These terms and conditions of participation, including the sweepstakes mechanics represent the final regulations for the promotion. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
